By purchasing or installing any product from Badland Industries, you agree to the following terms and conditions. You acknowledge that vehicle modification and motorsport activities involve inherent risks, including property damage, injury, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Badland Industries, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the purchase, installation, or use of any product. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. You agree to hold Badland Industries harmless from all claims, damages, or expenses arising from use or misuse of products purchased from this website.

OFF-ROAD AND COMPETITION USE NOTICE Unless otherwise stated, many products sold by Badland Industries are intended for off-road or competition use only. Installation of these parts on vehicles driven on public roads may violate federal or state emissions laws, including the Clean Air Act. Use of such products on emission-controlled vehicles operated on public roads is strictly prohibited unless the product has a valid CARB Executive Order (EO) number. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine whether their vehicle complies with local, state, and federal laws.

CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS AND CARB COMPLIANCE Products without a CARB EO number are not legal for sale, installation, or use on pollution-controlled vehicles in California. For street use in California, only parts with an approved CARB EO number are emissions legal. Visit https://ww2.arb.ca.gov/ for verification.

INSTALLATION AND SAFETY All products should be installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation may cause personal injury or property damage. Verify torque values, clearances, and alignment after installation. Re-inspect after the first 50–100 miles and periodically thereafter.

FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY Customer is solely responsible for verifying vehicle fitment and compatibility before purchase or installation. Contact Badland Industries prior to ordering if you are uncertain.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS Products manufactured by Badland Industries are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for [1 year] from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, racing or offroad use, improper installation, or modification. Returns must be pre-approved and in unused condition within [30] days. Shipping/freight charges are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION By purchasing, installing, or using products from Badland Industries, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with vehicle modification and operation. TRADEMARKS AND AFFILIATIONS All trademarks, vehicle names, and logos mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for fitment and reference only. Badland Industries is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.

GOVERNING LAW All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By using this site, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
